mortgage Guarantor for more than one?

    Hi All,

I'm just wondering how it works when you need a guarantor. My parents are guarantor for my sibling already - for a house mortgage. Does this mean that they would not be able to be guarantor for me when buying a house?

    Thanks a mill.

    depends on their financial situation.

that said if you need a guarantor its a pretty good indication that you probably shouldnt be considering a mortgage right now.
