    im looking for a private home nurse to look after a old woman who is been sent home from the hospital 2moro to die as there is nothing they can do and we dont want to put her in a nursing home does anyone know how to get a private nurse? as the hospital isnt helping us find out .

    You should contact your G.P who will arrange contact with the district nurses in your area, you may be entitled to home help in the form of carers and if someone is terminal you will be of course be entitled to have district nurses to provide the necessary care needed.

    Try contacting Milford Hospice, they may have contacts or be able to provide some assistance.
