    The Expiry date on my bundle appears as '--' (both online and via *100*6#) - is this normal or a temporary error?

    How else can I check when it is up (I am close to the date at the moment).

    That usually means it has expired. Does it show a balance?

    It does (and did so earlier in the billing month), although yesterday the online balance differed from the text balance.

    Paul I have the same issue too, this happened the day I topped up so it's not a case of being nearly expired.
