    Hello,
I'm a 37 year old engineer seeking a quality interview skills course in Dublin.
    Any advice out there?

I have been shortlisted three times in past four months and didnt get the job, I need to enhance my interview techniques.

attended an interview skills session with Carr Communications a few years back - a guy from RTE radio ran it. It was a one on one session. It was a bit pricey but I found it very useful. I would enquire who the trainer is as they may have a few different people running it

Clohessy communications quoted 1500 euro ex vat for one day course.
    Too much wedge for me.

OP, I found Laura McGrath at Interview Techniques really excellent.

She films the whole mock interview and gives you several attempts to get it just right - don't let that put you off, it's a really effective way to analyze what you are doing right/wrong. Then you take away a copy of the DVD to analyse in more detail at home.

You can contact her at dublin@mcgrathsaunders.ie.

    Good luck.

    Austin

I've done the Carr Communications course for competency based interviews.

It was very good and I got to keep a dvd of the interview afterwards to review.
Think it was 250E in total.

Have you tried asking the employers who interviewed you for feedback on your strengths and weaknesses?
