Gears 3 Season Pass Problems

I downloaded the Gears 3 season pass the other day and when I loaded up the game it prompted me to download the Booster map pack and Raam's Shadow but not the Horde Command Pack. When I go into the marketplace in game and look at the Horde pack it warns me not to buy it from there or I'll be charged for it. Has anyone else had this problem??

Do this, it seems drastic, but it works.

I did that but in the process I made the most monumental f**k up. When deleting my gamertag I accidentally hit delete gamertag and items so now all my saves are gone from the hard drive. All sorts of long term game saves such as Skyrim, Fallout 3, Lost Odyssey, Borderlands etc gone. Not to mention my Mass Effect saves from the first 2 games which would affect the story in Mass Effect 3. FML.

bit of a long shot but if your willing to open the hdd enclosure and connect it to a pc you are ment to be able to recover deleted game saves using xport

also if your going to do this do it before you start saving more stuff to the hdd as you might overwrite the deleted saves
