    Hi.

I took this pic a couple of weeks ago but didn't get to up load it. Any idea what might have caused these tracks?

    Thanks

A fox is usually a very straight line without a trailing line.

Anymore photos? What size were they

That's the only pic I have. For comparison the boot prints are size 12 if that is any help.

The size 12s are 9cm long in the photo and the prints are 1cm = 11% of the size of the foot

My size 10s are 30cm so the prints would be approx 3.5cm.

    Cat carrying prey?

Anyone want to check the maths?

Possible because of the trailing line, didn't think of that. Thanks.

I had a Pine Marten in the garden last winter and I think it was leaving a similar track with the straight line. Few stoats knocking about also.

Big male Pheasant will leave similar trail but obviously different foot print.

Pretty sure it's not a pine marten here. Stoats around here ok but tracks too big?

My first thought was a bloke with a walking stick :) but the
    footprints are probably your own?
