I am not to sure, I know our good neighbour is one and me thinks he only calls if someone has reported the dog but then I suppose it would depend wether you rang the warden himself direct

Random I think.
Seen him (or was it her) here once 7 years ago then twice this year, said there were complaints in the area this year though
