I've had my Ipod Classic for some 2 years now, and only recently started having problems with it.

Every so often, it'll start randomly forwarding songs, sometimes going back, pausing itself and then starting again. It's in my pocket when this happens, although it's always locked (so it's not something in my pocket turning the 'clicker'). It doesn't seem to happen when I've got it hooked up to a speaker system at home. It doesn't seem to be particular song files as it happens to podcasts, and happens to particular songs sometimes but not other times. It happens to songs I've bought from itunes, 'sourced' from the internet or uploaded from CDs.

I've tried restoring to factory settings and that seemed to work for a couple of days but it started up again this morning.

Anyone have similar problems or know who to fix it?
