Are you changing address too or just Landlords name? If it's just the landlords name you need to send in a letter from your new landlord stating they have taken over the lease and the date. Ring you CWO first to inform them they will hold you RA until they receive the letter.

If your changing address and all details its a new form.

I'd advise you to do it as it's your claim. Just ask the landlord for a letter stating that they have taken over the lease. Just ring the CWO first to inform they. They will pause your payment but as your just changing the landlords name it shouldn't take long. The CWO or Rent office (whichever you deal with) will inform you best.

I know we done this too and the CWO just wanted a letter:)
