Could you ring your GP's office and inquire?

Under the Drugs Payment Scheme, you have to pay a maximum of €132 a month...

The cost under DPS has just gone up to €132 per month.
You will probably have to pay for the actual medication but not the cost of having it administered.
Check with different pharmacies in your area what the drug costs - can vary a little. And see if a generic brand is available. Can save ALOT!

ya, all doctors and nurses get a 'MIMS' book every month. Gives details on all drugs currently available and what there cost is. Your best bet is either to ask your GP what it says, or find a friend with one. The books are only available to registered drs/nurses/pharmacists

The MIMS book only gives the cost price of the drug.
