Buying installation option with software.

Hi, i am going to be buying software for a website from an american company in the next week or two, the company is very legit. They are offering installation if i want it with the software i am buying, does this mean they will install it on to my domain for me, or could i manage it myself....

How long is a piece of string?
Without knowing what the software is, we have no idea of the installation requirements or challenges.
