Laptop to play Civ 5

Going to buy a new machine so wondering does anyone have any recommendations. Details below:

Budget €400 - 500

Intended use: word processing, youtube, light use really but I do want to be able to play Civ 5. HDD: 500GB min but would prefer 750-1000GB but dont know if I can make that with my budget.

Mobility: not an issue

Warranty: not nb

Operating System: windows

Don't have any brand loyalty so not fussed about that. I get a 3% discount on dell or pixmania through fatcheese.ie so that might swing it that way.

Do you think I should go AMD or Intel?
Do I need a dedicated video card?
Would be interested in refurbed or secondhand (if reliable) machines but cant seem to come across any. Any ideas?

Stupid question:
I cant set up an account on that site to check Irish delivery. Wont allow me to enter an irish address or put in "none" for the postcode box. Can't find any reference to overseas customers in the about section or anywhere else! Any ideas how to get around this?
