    If you're looking to play bass through it at any kind of high levels, say above talking levels, you need a bass amp, or else you'll blow the speaker as a guitar speaker is not able to handle the frequencies emitted by a bass.

    You can play guitar through a bass amp, however, it may not sound as good as a guitar amp.

    Hardly, sure we all had to start at some point!

    In general it's ok to put an electric or acoustic guitar through a bass amp, but not to put a bass guitar through a guitar amp.

    Of the 2 you showed, the behringer amp would be the better choice for with your bass. Keep an eye on adverts as well though, plenty of bass amps on there.
