    No definitely not.
    I do think that people are more tolerant of light-hearted humour with racial elements though.

    it's always been racist enough in the countryside maybe even in general

    if anything i'd say ireland is becoming less racist there are more foreigners living here/ people growing up with them

    I think I am more likely to get in an African taxi than do that.
    I don't know what is worse for the Irish economy?
    Polish plumbers or African taxi drivers.
    Either way I would rather pay more for an Irish worker and look after our own first.
    Ireland needs to get back to our old school values.

    and he even manages to get a dig in during a discussion about libraries:
    The African school children would have to go home after school to study as their parents work on the taxi rank.
