Sexual compatibility

I don't know if the PI forum allows posts with exactly this sort of content but the sexuality forum requires you to be signed into your own account, so I won't be putting it there unfortunately, it's just a bit too personal.

    I have a girlfriend of 2 years.
Since before we ever met, I was moderately into watching porn (as in watching and masturbating), and still have been all the while since. To be honest I can't really remember how often I would have looked back then, it feels like probably not as often. I know at the beginning of our relationship we had sex a lot more often, and the sex was a bit different from how it is now.

I'm not going to go into the sex itself in this thread, the issue I have a problem with is that when we do have sex, I never come and she always does. Honestly, I could probably have sex all day and never come (staying hard isn't a problem, though if things do go on THAT long it can happen), and I think it's because I'm too hooked on regularly watching porn.

Even if you don't think me watching porn is the problem here, all I'm looking for here is some advice on how to stop.
I feel like it damages my compatibility with any sexual partner, no matter how good or not good I might find them to be at sex.

I know I could tell her this and that and try to have sex differently or whatever but honestly I don't think she's doing anything wrong. I'm just looking to improve my sexual compatibility by learning to give up the frequent masturbation/porn.

I believe the sex drive is all there on my part, I'm a healthy young male and I'm certainly m'bating usually once a day, sometimes more.

I have recently gone for say several days or nearly a week at a time without m'bating but then when I do it just feels like I'm back at square one and didn't gain anything... It's just hard to always, always refrain from doing it...

I know it's largely gonna boil down to my own willpower here and of course I'm already trying that but if anyone can offer tips, advice, or just thoughts on whether it's really worth doing, that'd help. Thanks

McDuck - as we have just banned you due to another post I have also removed this post due in large part to the wide range of inflammatory advice contained therein.

Dude, when you m'bate I presume your able to "reach end results" in a normal time?? If you can't maybe it's something physical and you need to see a GP, however if you can, maybe it's something more physiological thats stopping you. Ild doubt that the porn is stopping you tbh unless your pulling yourself around the room 24/7. No, tbh ild say something at the back of your mind is holding you back so maybe a trip to some kind of sex counceler might be an option
