    Guys have a problem-

Have a dell laptop, only 4 months old. No issues so far

Have eircom broadband in house. Today I can't open any web pages. The laptop says connected to the wireless network, as per usual. But when I type in any website the page doesn't open.

Was working perfect yesterday. Not sure where to start with working out what's wrong? Any ideas?

Thanks. The only thing is my brother tried his and it worked as normal. I thought it was probably an eircom issue alright until it worked ok for him

Should add as well I'm sending this message off my phone which is connected to the eircom wifi

So it only seems to be the laptop that's having issues

Ok did a bit of googling.

Just turned off router & switched it back on. Everything now seems to work ok :)

Scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free incase it's some crap that's doing it.

What Browser? Delete and reinstall, or if windows, download Firefox.

LOL, I was going to say that but thought "surely he did that first", ah your're sorted anyway that's the main thing.

Off and on...lol, it must fix 9 outta 10 IT related problems.:D

I didn't turn it on & off earlier when my brothers laptop was working, presumed it was some other issue. Anyway seems sorted, thanks
