Lamping Foxes On A Lease ???

Just a fast question lads, I'm on a lease and have seen oddly enough, a fair few foxes in the early morning as I start my stalking,

My question is, would it be allowed to go onto my lease an hour or two earlier with my lamp and try get me a fox or two before taking off the lamp and stalking a different part of the wood ?

Secondly, If I were lamping foxes and my lamp hit the odd deer here or there, would I be breaking the law ?

I know theres been threads on similar subjects but cant find anything similar to my situation and the amount of red fellas on my lease.

NOTE: I DO NOT HAVE, NEVER HAVE HAD AND WONT HAVE IN THE FUTURE ANY DESIRE TO SHOOT A DEER USING A LAMP...before anyone gets on their high horses.

    Thanks Guys !!!

I'm sure you're not into lamping deer but I think if anyone saw a lamp on a known deer lease its the first thing theyd assume

If you're seeing so many while your stalking why not shoot them then ?

I'm not sure if you're entitled to shoot foxes on a deer lease, pretty sure it's just deer.

Why not check your lease or contact the landowners, they probably tell you fairly quick.

+1......seriously if you don't have a deer in the car if your stopped I highly doubt anything will be said for lamping foxes....

I know, people would think the worst of course,
If you're seeing so many while your stalking why not shoot them then ?

Because I'm there to stalk deer and pulling the trigger on my .308 after a fox would frighten every deer within the local vicinity, hence my original post stated the I'd come in a couple of hours earlier onto my lease and try get a fox or two then, that way any shot taken in one area would mean I can drive to another area of my lease that wouldnt have been affected by me taking shots at foxes
