I've been looking the last few weeks and nothin', but I just know that as soon as I make a purchase there'll be twenty new threads selling tasty 56cm bargains. So. - Speak now. :)

    Budget is sort of 250 - 500.

Yeah, I saw that alright SSB, but it's too big for me. I'd go down to a 55 (top tube) no bother, but not above.

Thanks but it's a bit small. Been there and done that with trying to shoe horn myself onto a nearly frame.

Fair enough. Rather than report you all to the mods for cluttering for sale threads with idle chatter.... I've obliged.

Congrats on the sale. I looked long and hard, and not for the first time. :)

Just in case there's any confusion, (and maybe a mod could clear up the thread a bit now that this tangential transaction has been completed):

I am still looking for a frameset, size 55/56, if anyone has one or knows of one.

Job done. I bought something yesterday, picked it up today, put my crud racers on it and going for club spin tomorrow. normal service resumed, aaaaaaand breathe! <phew!>

So now that i've made my purchase, please close the thread before the inevitable "actually my Colnago C50's not seeing much use, it's a 56 and I could probably let it go for 80 quid. It comes with full dura ace on it as well actually, sorry, I hope you don't mind I just couldn't be ar$ed stripping it. Oh I see I'm only down the road from you, I can drop it over now if you like? My name's Maria, I get so lonely over here sometimes since I left Italy, gave up modeling and my boyfriend died... etc etc etc.

Bumping this one back up as I'm after the same myself. Anyone out there thinking of parting ways with a 56 at the moment?
