HCl has a B value of 10.593 cm-1 and a centrifugal distortion constant D of 5.3 10-4 cm 1. Estimate the force constant for the HCl bond. The measured value for  for HCl is 2990 cm 1, explain the difference between the calculated and observed value. Any help will be appriciated!!...thanks :)
