Not specifically motivational, but there's loads of running books listed in this thread: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056326122

I found Real Results by Karl Henry pretty good for me. I still read an odd page every week or so. Keeps me on track.
This is his website here -> http://karlhenrybook.com/
But I have seen it in most book shops.

A lot of people have found motivation in Gerry Duffy's book "Who dares wins".

I've been meaning to buy it for a while.

Not a book, but anytime I'm feeling lazy and in need of motivation, I log onto boards and read some of the training logs. Just reading about other people having gone for a training run is enough to make me want to do the same!

Born to Run is one of the best motivational books that I've read... http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/Born-Run-Christopher-McDougall/9781861978776

"Once a Runner" Incredible novel about hard running....

Oops- saw that you wanted training plans- won't find that here but great book nonetheless...

Gerry Duffy's book is called "Who Dares Runs", and I found it very motivational.
