Worrying gum issues

    My gums have been very sore recently and have begun bleeding out of nowhere.. There is also a constant strange taste in my mouth, which is almost metallic. I brush my teeth everyday and have pink, healthy looking gums so I'm a little worried.. anyone ever gone through anything similar??

    Also, what is the average cost of a dental appointment? And can anyone recommend a good dentist, preferably in the South Dublin/Dun Laoghaire area??
