    Might be abit of a stupid question but...
    Will LHD headlamps pass the nct? there on a 00 octavia

    not without the relevant adjustments to make them RHD compatible no

    the stickers may do, but you will possibly need RHD light units

    no of course they wont,. Why would you want to be driving a car with lhd lights causing a nuisance for all coming at you?
