I have just bought beanbag filler for my beanbag, do I have to remove the old fill first or can i mix the new fill in with the old fill that's already there?

Is it just styrofoam beads?
If so mix it

Got a bag of it in Home Focus, it cost €20. A smaller bag was €5 but there wouldn't be alot in the smaller bag.
