Hi fellow Boardies, I have an iMac using OS X 10.4.11. When I connect it to my iPhone 4, it notifies me that I have to UPGRADE my OS? This seems a bit much as it's an Apple product connecting to an Apple product...

So now, I'm wondering what is the most efficient/least expensive method of achieving such an upgrade. I am prepared to consider ALL options. If your suggestion might be in danger of breaching any rules on here, feel free to PM me.

    Thanks in advance

    Regards,

Yeah the iPhone 4 needs 10.5.8 or later. Apple don't sell Leopard (10.5) anymore, so you would have to get it from Ebay or somewhere. They still sell Snow Leopard (10.6) though if your Mac can run it.
