Bike to work query

    Hi guys
My company does not have the b2w scheme available.
I was looking at buying a €1000 bike through my brothers company scheme and under his name. (I know you sign a doc to say that you will use for bike but lets just say) he buys it. He will get the €410 discount (41%). So his payments will be 12x€49.17 (€590). If I pay him the €49.17 each month from my account, my question is "will it effect his tax in any other way" ie, will he be worse off

    thanks

It's illegal to "use" someone else's BTW scheme

There's a BTW megathread linked in the Chater/FAQ section
