    Anyone know of any races training around limk tipping Clare soon. Charity 10ks or 5ks or anything.

    There's the Tom Walsh Memorial 10k on at 22 January in Caherconlish and the Adare 10k on 26 February. Think the Castleconnell/Clonlara 10k is early March....
