Newest addition - Pocket Watch

Well my pocket watch has just arrived from Moscow. Missing a winding key and chain which I hope to replace. So I have no idea if it's working or not.

Any experts out there who can direct me to the correct people with regard to getting this running and fixed if necessary and what I should avoid doing.
