Meteor Hotspot won't charge

Hi, I use the Meteor Bill Pay Hotspot & usually have no problems with it. However for a few days, it has been refusing to charge via USB. Because there's 3 or 4 devices connected to it usually, I've kept it plugged into my laptop to keep the battery up, but it's not working. Last night, I left it plugged in overnight, while turned off, and when I turned it on this morning, "Low Battery" came up. I don't have a wall charger for it, so I'm not sure if it's the actual hotspot or the cable. Has anyone else experienced this &/or have a solution? Thanks in advance.

    Try a different cable.

Thank you for replying; I have an older cable, which also won't work. It does charge, if it's at a certain angle or held a certain way, which is obviously a pain. But I'll try a wall-charger & see how it works out!

It sounds like you've broken the connection inside of the modem.

I had a Mifi modem from Three with a similar issue, the USB cable needed pressure in order for the modem to make a connection, what I ended up doing was bending the cable so it ran along the back of the modem then using a rubber band wrapped around the modem and the USB cable, it put pressure on the connection and worked fine.
