Had a kitchen rad which wouldnt heat well so we closed both valves and took the rad outside and flushed it out for ten mins.

Now the rad is back on the wall and connected up again, but when I opened the lockshield valve expecting it to refill (and opened the bleeder), there was a little bit of air movement and then nothing. The rad didnt refill and now I'm stuck.

I'm fairly sure this is a closed system here, theres no expansion tank in the attic, just a blue pressure tank and I dont understand the system. Anyone know what to do to get the rad refilled???????
