Projector Screen - Glass or White?

    Hi all,

Just wondering what everyone's opinion on projector screens is? I'm currently projecting onto a wall but want to purchase a projector. I'm looking for something around 120" and motorized. I've heard glass-screens are the best if your projector is aiming straight at the screen (which it will as I have it positioned straight on, just above couch head-height so pretty much center on)

But what are the issues with this hot-spot thing I've heard about it? Is it noticeable.. And will it be better than having no screen at all?

I'm thinking of getting this 'Platinum Home Cinema' screen

It seems non-brand, and doesn't have much technical info, nor is there much info from the seller... But I contacted them and they said they would deliver to Ireland so that's a big plus as I've tried to purchase a similar screen from Allcam and they would not deliver to Ireland because of the product dimensions.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thinking of ordering this screen today, but just wanted to see is there any reasons I should avoid purchasing this?

    Many thanks,
    -A
