    Trained there a few times last year, but stopped because it was too far away.
    The coaches are very friendly and the training is intense. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

    thinking of checking this place out too.
    is the coach (Arturas Pranckevicius) the same guy who fought tom egan in mma or is that just a different guy with the same name?

    Yes it is. Haven't trained with him myself but some mates have - I've only heard good things about him.

    I don't doubt that. The reason I wasn't sure is that on his bio he competes in combat sambo at 100kg and Tom Egan fights at. 78kg. That's some weight cut!

    he did compete at -100 but he only weight aroung 93, mostly he fought -90

    2 friends of mine were up there a few weeks back and loved it.They dont normally stick with things but theyve been up every week since they started.
