up until I recently I had been using AirVideo to stream video from my iMac to my iPad. In my old house I had UPC broadband & everything worked a treat. In the new house I am stuck with Eircom & no matter what I try I cannot get AirVideo working. I am wondering is anybody could suggest a good alternative to AirVideo?

    Thanks.

it ain't air video thats broken, it's the eircom router you have won't play ball with apple devices like apple tv etc. there is a fix for it. I'll have a search and come back to you.

also you could try getting an airport extreme and using that as an access point

Thanks for that. I figured the issue was with the router alright. I turned off the routers firewall, turned on my iMacs f/w and allowed AirVID & problem solved.

    Thanks again.
