Playing DVD

I have a Playstation 3 and it just decides whether it wants to play a dvd or not. I was watching a movie earlier on it and then when I went to change it for another one it just decided it wouldn't play them now. Anyone got any idea what the reason for this could be? Thanks

Are they region locked dvds?

I don't think so. It was 2 dvd's out of the Harry Potter boxset the first worked and the second didn't.
