    Hi all,

Friend of mine in Dublin still awaiting a book I ordered as a gift (dispatched on Dec 8th). Order was addressed correctly.

I know Book Depository can be slower than A'zon but even allowing for Xmas, it should have landed by now. BD have asked me to contact local sorting office which I will tomorrow but am wondering - where will the process go if I draw a blank with An Post?

    Hi OP,

I also had an order dispatched to me on the eighth of December and I received it soon after, so you should definitely have gotten your order by now.

Contact your local post office and sorting office and see if they can help, if they can't get back to The Book Depository and they should refund you.

Did you pay via PayPal or card? If you used PayPal you can start a dispute up to 45 days after you paid.

If you do decide to start a dispute, make sure to give the book depository a chance at rectifying the problem first.

Yeah, paid by Visa. It's either fallen between the cracks in sorting office or disappeared somewhere in transit. Pretty sure they'll refund if so. Ta folks.
