Denture tabs for the reservoir and you can buy a pipe cleaner thingy for the tube! CSS have them!

Funny this being posted now as my camelbak is currently in the sink with a Milton tablet

Pipe cleaners can be easily got in an art and crafts shop and they're cheap as chips. I use them to clean my cassette.

Milton will disinfect ok but denture tabs will do a better job of actually cleaning

The Camebak "pipe cleaner" needs to go the whole way up the water tube to clean it properly .... Not sure your arts and crafts version will do that?

Milton..wouldn't bother with the pipe cleaner, just pull off the bit valve and flush out a few times.

I always throw mine into the freezer once finished with it.. Saves ever having to wash it.
