AIB Share Dealing error

    Hello,

    I am using Goodbody stockbrockers (AIB Online Share Dealing)

    And every time I am placing an order (buy or sell) I click on preview order and get the following error message:


    "We are unable to process this request at present for the following reason:
    Failed to get Commission Details from G2:- BARGAINS INHIBITED FOR THIS CLIENT Bargain Inhibit Set.
    Please try again later.(GB214)"

    I have been trying for 3 days ...

    Does anyone know what that is?

    The banks are back today, you should have phoned them, try tomorrow. Only advice I can offer is to try a different browser.

    You say you've been trying for three days - the stock markets only reopened yesterday, they were closed Monday and Tuesday.

    I am still getting the same error. I rang them via AIB which verified my name and address for security reasons.

    They locked my account because they sent mail to a very old address of mine and there was no reply. Basically, the address AIB has on file (which is up to date) has not been propagated to Goodbody.

    Second issue I have with this is the error message: it is opaque to say the least.
