I am in college at the moment and will be looking for a summer job from late May onwards after my exams. I want to apply early enough to beat the crowds so to speak - when would be a good time do ye think? Will be applying to childcare settings and similar as I am studying Early Childhood Education.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi:) If I was you I'd start applying in February the earlier the better. Get you C.V in and speak to the manger of the places. Then in April do a follow up that way you've been in nice and early and have still got a chance of being seen
