Problem with CoD4 Multiplayer on the PC

    Hey guys, i am having trouble with my call of duty 4 on the pc. i insert the disk and asks singleplayer or multiplayer as it shoud. i then click multiplayer. the screen turns black and an error comes up saying iw3mp.exe error. what is this and can any body help me out. got it for christmas and was looking forward to it so much. any help appreciated. thanks ger34.
