Ford Focus 2008 Remote Key Fob Proplem

    Hi i was just wondering if there is a battery in my ford focus remote control key as it has stopped closing and opening doors. It doesnt look like there is a place to open it to see if there is a battery and someone had said it was recharged by the car in ignition. any ideas on how to fix it would be appreciated.

    Have a look in the manaul. It should tell you how to change the battery. I have a 08 focus and there is a small rectangular hole below the little Ford logo. Just put a screwdriver in and it can be popped open. Easy enough to do and you can get a battery in tesco for about €8
