I am an Irish citizen who has been living and working abroad in the United Arab Emirates for the last 3 years. Can anyone tell me if I am eligible for tax free shopping and if so how I go about claiming this at Dublin airport terminal 2? Looking at the revenue website it appears that I do but it's not explained that well…

Looking at the revenue website it appears that I do but it's not explained that well and the procedure to be followed is unclear.

While I was at home for Xmas I purchased something and the retailer gave me a global-blue tax refund voucher. It would be nice if I could claim the tax back on it.
