    Hi folks, I am thinking of buying a pair of Dune boots on the jphn lewis website. Has anyone ever shopped on john lewis on line before and if so, any good/bad experiences? Any problems with returns etc?

    Bought stuff before Christmas and it was delivered when they said it would.
    No complaints here.
