I've asked Satsklep about this before (and the possibility of adding new channels to an existing card.)

They don't do this, so you'd have to buy a new one from them. They used to renew Polsat cards, but don't seem to do this anymore either.

TV Corner have a page for Cyfra renewals but no prices available. This all leads me to believe that there isn't an Al Jazeera style topup service for these cards and you'll just need to get another card.

Yes, just get a new card, no difference in price, plus you'll get the latest viewing card incase of encryption changes etc. Cyfra is a great package now, with quite a lot of new HD channels. Ive also noticed a lot of channels now seem to have a 2nd audio option, which usually is English!
