Does your martial art involve competetive sparring? If it doesn't you are unlikely to improve reflexes or reactions in any signifigant way.

    +1

    Just my opinon here.
If you want to learn how to fight you need to train at least 3 days a week in a full contact martial art with lot and lots of full contact sparring.

If you want to be a good fighter you should train minimum 5 evenings a week with running/sprints or strength & conditioning in the morning. Then, as much full contact sparring with as many different people as you can get.

Make immediate change of master to system and club more realistic. No reflexes improve when no sparring done.

    Oosss.
