Ive a few things rolling around in my head as I have a lot of work to do on my gimp knee and this is more me thinking out loud than anything else:

    - get down to 93kg at some stage (got to 95.6 in July 2011 so should be achievable)
    - possibly compete in a weighlifting comp by the end of the year if i get a clean and jerk of 105 and a snatch of 65 in training (this is a real pipe dream)
    - compete in an indoor rowing competition in the 500m category
    - take the CSCS exams
    - possibly go to watch Bullfarm

    1. Lose weight and stop being fat.
    2. Don't break myself again

    Everything else is a bonus.

    Ok real answer

    90kg Snatch
    115kg C&J
140kg Back Squat (High bar ATG)
    @77kg weight class

Currently 78/101/120. The squat is probably more of a 2013 goal because I have no legs but I'll put it down anyway.

I'm changing to split style lifting in Jan (old skool) so depends on how that transition goes I guess.

    Non lift stuff
    1) Get some ankle/calf flexibility
    2) Get a back
    3) Get some arms

    Lifts Short/Medium/Long
    1) Snatch : 80/85/90 (current 70)
    2) Clean & Jerk : 110/115/120 (current 96)
    3) Squat : 140/160/170 (current 125ish)

    Sinclair of > 270 (200kg+ @ 68ish) would be nice also

    Aims for 2012:

Compete equipped, I have no idea what I'll be capable of but technique will be the major factor.

    Also push my raw numbers.

Compete at nationals and maybe worlds.

First 4 months will be tough as I've my final accountancy exams.

    Also go to Bullfarm.

    In order of importance:

Get to be something resembling properly lean.*

Bench 140kg (If I just do back-to-back Coan Bench cycles all year long and eat right/loads, why not?)
    Squat 230kg
    Deadlift 240kg
(my current 1RMs for the above are probably 115/215/220 respectively)

^Those numbers might be more ambitious if I wasn't also intending to try to do the rest of the stuff below.

*This will probably mean getting down to something no higher than 90kg BW... which might also be convenient if I'm going to:
Get better at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Even if I put in a good solid year I'll still be miles off a blue belt or whatever so I don't really know how I'd quantify this one other than just... get better.
Get back to training muay thai/striking stuff. Or just the whole shebang of MMA I guess. I keep getting the impression wreslting = injury though.

One other, maybe just optional goal: start doing some oly lifting, hopefully see progress at it.

Oh, and do some kind of PL comp!

    1. Compete
    2. Get leaner
    3. Bench 110kg
    4. Squat 165kg+
    5. Deadlift 205kg+
    6. Not have girly arms.
    7. Not have girly traps.
    8. Not have a girly back.
    9. Actually become Superman.

been a while since I've actually reached a goal, suppose sorting out the shoulder is one! This year I want to:

    -not get injured
    -train 4x a week
    -not be a ****ing idiot
    -move like a chinaman
    -fix my sleeping pattern!

based off that I should be able to do the following

    100kg snatch
    115 clean and jerk
    160 squat (commie style)
    130 frontal squat
80 press (provided the shoulder is happy)
    100kg push press
maybe pull 190 if I'm arsed training it and if I could PB on the bench it'd be nice. Gonna stay in the 85s but get a bit leaner.
Might swing an auld kettlebell or something too, I'd like to be able to do that RKC snatch challenge.

so basically get me numbers into the "not ****" bracket.

For me it's almost 2 years since I took up going the gym and 1 year since I start getting more into the weights. This year (January to be specific) I'm changing gym (to RAW) and want to start a strenght programme which I think they should be more than able to manage! :D

    Specifically around figures...

Current Squat is 60kg, would like move towards the 100kg mark.
Dumbell press is currently 25kgx2, would like to get this up to 30-35kgx2

Want to start deadlifting as well as I've not done it to date. I know admitting that on here is probably tantamount to treason, but hey! :D

Targets are for the end of March. Anyone on here who is in Ironside knows that I have been planning a very in depth 12 week training cycle from January with everything covered including nutrition rest etc.

    Squat 240kg currently 215kg
Bench 140 competition (with a pause) around 130kg at the minute
    Deadlift 300kg currently about 270kg

All done raw at 82.5kg bodyweight.

300 raw at 82.5 would be savage!!!

I managed to hit 280 at 75kg so hoping the extra bit of bodyweight might push me up over the 300 mark.

    1. Get my sh1t together
    2. Enter a comp or two
    3. Deadlift 280-300ish
    4. Weigh under 95kg with 10%bf
    5. Sort out my bench
    6. Enter a few BJJ comps
    7. Drink more, but have more money
    8. Enter a weightlifting comp for the laugh if there's one near me

Number one and seven are the biggest stumbling blocks

    After that.
    85-90 kg snatch

    Front squat 140
    Press something
    Keep injury free
Get as close as possible to 77kg by the Nationals.
