    Hi,

We are trying to organise a trip to eurodisney for april, and were just wondering from peoples experience which airport you are best to fly to. We have 2 small kids (3yr old & 1yr old).

Ryanair have flights to Paris Yatry, which they refer to as Paris Vatry/Disney, but i believe this is 180km from the resort.

Any feedback would be appreciated, Thanks.

I'm assuming you're flying from Ireland and if so, then you can only go to Beauvais on Ryanair, which is northeast of Paris. Yatry is only served from three airports and none are in Ireland.

I believe it is possible to organise a shuttlebus from there to Disneyland. If you do a search on this forum you'll get details, but this might get you started: http://www.vea-shuttle.co.uk/vea-bus-timetable.asp

CDG is the best. The TGV takes about 15 minutes from the airport to the resort.

Fly to CDG with Aer Lingus or Air France. Avoid Paris BVA at all costs.

I'd agree with this actually. Even for Paris, let alone Disneyland, you'd need to be saving a hell of a lot of money on your flights to make it worthwhile using Beauvais! 1.5 hours on the bus to the outskirts of the city and if they still use that coachpark they used to, you've a bit of a walk to the Metro and/or RER too.

Thanks for that folks, CDG is the way to go.

The sequoia lodge appears the best value for hotels on the resort, does anybody have any experience of any of these? thanks.

We flew to Beauvais at the end of May for Disneyland, and booked a private transfer from the airport. Including transport it worked out at about half the price of using CDG. We are heading back at end of Jan with one extra guest this time and flying to CDG-simply because we got a better deal with Aer Lingus this time. Beauvais was 1 hr 20 mins there and 1 hr 10 back(was a religious holiday, roads were very quiet)

We stayed in Newport Bay last time, was great, no complaints. This time we are doing first night in Santa Fe, as we dont arrive til the evening-so have no park tickets or anything, and moving onto Disneyland Hotel the next morning(purely because of a 40% off, plus kids free offer)

We have also used Beauvais + private transfer to hotel at Disneyland Paris, uses the ring road around the city, from memory a little over an hours drive and it worked out fine for us, first choice would be CDG, used that option also but if there was a significant saving to be made I'd have no problem using Beauvais

Didn't fancy humping baggage & young kids on and off the metro

There is a metro station underneath the tall building right beside the Ryan Air coach park in Paris,
