sauna suit

    anyone know where i can get a good sauna suit or sweat suit for training.ive bought a few but they dont seem to last long maybe only 2or3 training sessions.ive bought them from elevery sports and littlewoods but there just no good.any help would be great

    A better plan would be to not waste your money on something that doesn't work. Just because you see the sweat buildup doesn't mean you've sweated any more than you would without them. The heat you give off when you exercise is a by-product of burning fuel in your muscles and the sweat is a result of this. Being in a bag of sweat doesn't change that and has no benefit. You lose vital fluids by sweating, which you then have to replace to be healthy, so no benefits at all to the suit.

    argus has some. otherwise those shops that sell vitamins and proteins for weight gain and loss.
