    Hi.
I am returning a faulty GPU to Hardwareversand and I have gone through the process up to the point where they tell you to print off the UPS shipping labels.. The problem is that the UPS labels won't show, there is just a red x

    Any ideas ??

Yeah I had the same problem when I was trying to return a monitor recently. I'm guessing that the UPS API changed and hwvs never updated their site. I think the other option is to post it yourself, there is an RMA form available here. Don't bother emailing them about it, they take weeks to respond.

I didn't bother returning the monitor in the end (dead pixel). Not worth paying for shipping a large box if there was a change I wouldn't get the costs back.

Thanks for reply, i printed off the return form, I also printed off the the bank data form, is that form needed for them to repay the shipping costs that I will pay for ?

Do I have to use UPS/DHL or jsut use AN POST ? first time doing this, bit lost :)

As explained in one of your other 2 threads about the same topic (Seriously?!) they emailed you and explained to pay for the shipping costs and include THAT receipt in your shipping container and you will be compensated for the charge.

I'm not sure why you needed three threads, or why you are having this much trouble with what they told you to do.
