Legal / Tax Obligations Of Renting Out Rooms In A Shared House...?

I've been reading about what the law requires of landlords in Ireland, but I'm not sure if it applies to me or not. Can someone help clarify?

I want to rent a large house and then rent out rooms to people. I will be living in the house, with the roommates. We'll be splitting the rent and the bills.

Am I considered a landlord in that situation? Would any of the money they give me be considered income for the purposes of taxes?
