Cheetah, the chimpanzee co-star with Johnny Weissmuller of the 1930s Tarzan films that always seemed to turn up on the wet winter weekend TV of my childhood, has died in Florida at the astonishing age of 80. I hope he and Johnny are swinging through the heavenly jungle and catching up on old times . . .
