Boxing Club in Lexislip, Celbridge or Maynooth area?

    Is there a halfway decent club in any of these towns? Been looken on the net to no avail

    Think there's one in Maynooth college (used to be anyway), doubt it would be much use though cause you wont train often enough there and they have so many raw fighters to train at the beginning of each year that I can't imagine you will be trained the way you need to be to progress.
    Not where you were looking for but Lucan is a good club

    thanks i'll look into it. how many days a week should you be training. i do some running and cycling on my own at the mo but how often should you be in the boxing gym?

    start off with twice a week. lucan has a very good set up. all info on iaba website.
